Consumer Fraud Alert!!!

They may change their name to avoid their reputation, but J R Kennel Manufacturing or J R Enterprises (two names they have used) is not a quality company.  I purchased $40K worth of dog runs five years ago.  Problems arose from the start.  I tried to work with them as soon as problems started, but they had excuses after excuses as to why they couldn't come out to see issues and to repair them.  I tried to trust them and give them time.  Nothing changed and finally I am going to try to protect others from this happening to them.  Product quality issues, no guarantee/warrantee, dishonest owners.  They changed their company name, son is in charge now, but in same business.  Call for us specifics. Now it has been 5 years and some of the metal is totally rusted out!
